Hey guys, have you ever met the problem like your power bank cannot work within your smartphones? So do I, and that’s really annoying and frustrating, especially when your smartphones are in emergency.
So, today I will offer you several suggestions on how to handle it.
Situations:
Firstly, check the power bank whether are kept in abnormal temperatures. If yes, it could be “cooked”
Secondly, if it was discharged improperly fast, it could have broken.
If you are recharging it in hot ambient temperature, that would be the reason for not charging.
If above situation have happened on your power bank, please allowed the following items.
1: Try to connect the power bank to power your phone, while phone battery is depleted, you will see if power bank is outputting any power.
2: Try to recharge the power bank in a cool place, during the night, connecting to a good quality USB power supply that goes in the outlet.
During proper recharge the power supply should be warm (independently from led activity).Just let it there for at least 8 hours. In the end power supply should not be that hot anymore.
3: The most important is stop using cheap power supply to recharge your power bank.
If you have tried above items already, also you can charge the power bank through different outlet. If still not working. There would be 2 things happened. The circuit board that connects the LED lights could be dead or someone gotten malfunctioned or your power bank is dis-functional and it could have broken to something on the circuit board or from extensive use.

If the power bank is very hot I suggest you to contact the manufacturer for customer service, better get a new one. Hi, probably it’s the problem with the cable, try to switch the cable first, if it’s still not working and the phone can be charged with wall charger then the power bank is dead.

Hey aju, same here i got the mi 10000 mAh powerbank (model: PLM02ZM) and charge it to full but when i plug it to my phone it’s not charging. The lights on for like 2 seconds then go off everytime I plug in to my phone. Has your problem been fixed? TQ.

You can crack it and see where is the temperature sensor and if it touch the metal part of one battery try to push him 1-2 mm to open the contact.

It’s not the issue that you didn’t fully charge it before first use. Either the 4th indicator is broken or the internal Lithium battery is part of broken. If it’s still under warranty I suggest you to ask for a new one to replace this defected model.

Hi. Here is an interesting one…
Powerbank + Phone = Not Charging
Charger + Powerbank + Phone = Charging
This most likely means that the charge in the batteries (@ 100%) does not get transferred to the USB ports… Anyone perhaps know how i can fix this?
It is the Romoss Sense 6. No longer under warranty. Other than that, the batteries test perfectly and everything else seems to work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

What if only Charger + Phone? Can the power bank be recharged properly? If there’s no problem with recharging, there might be something wrong with the output circuit. If all the output ports are disabled while connecting to your phone, definitely it’s the circuit’s bug
