  1. first off, when I plug the i_phone into my computer there is no I-phone icon anywhere. When I open my computer and click on my phones name another list that says internal storage pops up but when I click on it nothing happens.

    • Is there any message popping out on your iPhone? If your iPhone is running the latest iOS system, there will be a message to warn you whether the computer can be trusted or not, if you confirm it then your iPhone can be connected to the computer smoothly
