    Build quality is great, and it works very well. Have used it in wet and high-vibration environments many times without issue. Charges my Nexus 6 4 or 5 times I think -- I actually use it to charge multiple devices. The flashlight is an awesome extra feature. The charge indicators work well. I like that it charges with a standard micro-USB port. I do wish the battery itself charged faster. It seems to take all day to go from empty to full...don't think the battery bank itself is fast-charge enabled, though it sounds like it can charge peripherals with quick charge?

    Did not test it in survival conditions, and it's my first power bank ever but yeah, it can charge my Sony Xperia z2 (i know - old) at least 4 times if not more. I've seen other 20k mAh batteries and this one is on the heavy side. The flashlight is bright if you want to find something in your tent, not if you're looking for someone in the woods. The waterproofed latch also looks reliable.

    I loved the product and thought it is the best powerbank available until it broke down on me in my trip to europe last month. I tried reaching out to the company and low and behold I got a response from Chloe from the EasyAcc Team. She was so helpful and without hesitation sent me a replacement. Lesson is no matter how good a product is it all boils down to the company and the people. Thank you EasyAcc Ps The input socket just broke off that is why i couldn't use it anymore in europe.

    this pack is HUGE! great for extended outdoor treks. the LED light is a nice option. only four stars due to 2 small things: 1. the I/O panel door is clumsy and somewhat difficult to latch closed. 2. A rugged pack as large as this would benefit from having built in cabling for devices. good quality. good fit and finish (excepting the I/O panel door). can take a beating!

    Was a good charger, but took it camping this last weekend and it died on me. I enjoyed it while it worked. **update** after posting this review easyacc contacted me and replaced my unit with a new one at no cost. I changed my 2 star rating to a 4 because I did get 1 year out of it and that has to be some of the best customer service I've had. They do pay attention to our reviews very obviously and are interested in make right things should something goes wrong. Hey things break it's how you deal with it that counts.

    Worked awesome out in the middle of nowhere, the only downside was when the rest of the people on the camping trip found it I was only able to charge my phone for a little bit.
